FAQ

Do you deliver curtains together with the electric rail?
- We deliver only the motorized rail together with remote control, we do not delivery curtains. You can hang your curtains with ordinary hangers or optionally our 80 mm Wave system, to get a harmonious and balanced look.
Is the electric rail suitable for heavy curtains?
- MD360 type has a carrying capacity of 50 kg., that could be increased up to 90 kg. by the means of a two motor system and specific electric network. MD950 type can do even better to cover almost all home and office interior needs.
Do you provide replacement elements for the electric rail?
- We deliver replacement parts when needed, until the system is operational
Does the rail length include the motor itself?
- There is no need of additional space for the motor, as it is installed under the rail and is usually hidden discretely behind the curtain.
Can I open and close the curtain in case the electricity is down?
- Motors from MD series are projected to deal exactly with this kind of problem. In case of electricity problem, the motor could be controlled in a traditional way by manual pulling. When the electricity is restored all you need to do is to restart the system.
What to do if I loose the remote control?
- If you loose the remote control, you could still control the system. Most of the motor types have inbuilt option for manual controlling, through which you can initiate movement of the curtain by slight pulling, which will be continued further automatically by the intelligent motor. Of course, we advise you to get in contact with us, so that we could provide another remote control.
Can you produce electrical curtain systems in different shapes, so that they could fit the special form of my window?
- We can produce a wide range of electric rails in different shapes, from reverse curved to a few ovals over a single rail. For that purpose we need to take specific measures, then we will send you a prototype for your approval before we start preparing the final product.
